MINI-SESSION
PHOTOGRAPHY CONTRACT
It is mutually agreed that the following terms
of agreement form an integral part of this Contract.
Pricing Payments:
$75 session fee is required as deposit with this signed contract to secure
booking. Fee is based upon a photographic session for up to six (6) people with
an additional $15 charge for each person thereafter. In addition to the
session, the Spring Mini-Session Package includes: digital images for use with
social media, email and print; and 10% off additional a la carte prints and
products. Cancellation/Rescheduling: If Client cancels
the session the deposit is non-refundable it can be put towards another photo
session of your choice at the full price of $200. Photographic sessions are
typically outdoors and the Photographer has the sole right to reschedule a
session based upon weather interferences.
Session: The
creation of images is at the sole artistic discretion of the Photographer.
Client acknowledges that the photographer is a portrait photographer and
adheres to said style. No shots throughout the session are guaranteed. Client
acknowledges that the photographer is using her artistic discretion to create photographs
as the photographer sees fit. Client understands that the mini-session is a 25 minute portrait session to include (4-5) unit/pose. Additional poses/units will
be based upon time allowances and are at the sole discretion of the
Photographer.
Images:
Approximately 7-10 digital images will be processed and available download.
Preview images shall be posted online within two weeks (14 days) of session
date. Original images are maintained for 90 days in an online gallery.
Prints: Client will have the option to print through photographer’s
printer of choice. These images will be
guaranteed to reflect photographer’s artistic ability. If client decides to purchase prints through
any other company there is no guarantee the images printed will reflect the
image the photographer has created.
Limitation of Liability: In
the unlikely event that all of some of the photographs fail to materialize or
there is total photographic failure due to reasons beyond Photography By Callie’s
control, the liability of Photography By Callie will be limited to the refund
of all money paid. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential
losses. In any event, the limit of Photography By Callie’s liability shall not
exceed the Package Price.
Copyright Release: The
Client agrees that all images belong to Photography By Callie and it is a
criminal offense to edit any of these forms or images by any means. Watermarked
digital images may be duplicated and posted via email or social media with
appropriate credit granted. Failure to correspond with Photography By Callie
will result in legal action. The Client hereby grants permission for all images
to be displayed and used by Photography By Callie for competition, advertising
and Internet purposes. Photography By Callie will endeavor to contact Client
for these purposes when necessary.
Agreement: By
submitting payment, the Client agrees to accept all terms and conditions as set
forth in this contract. Client’s time slot will not be held until payment is
received.
